At theMoshi AB, (hereinafter referred to as theMoshi AB), we strive for maximum customer satisfaction at all times. Below you will find the terms and conditions concerning your purchase.
Delivery time
The normal delivery time is 5 working days from the day the order was placed. During high season, this time can be a little bit longer. If a product would be out of stock the delivery time can be longer. You always have the possibility to cancel the purchase if a longer delivery delay occurs. Please contact our Customer service if you wish to cancel your purchase. We make reservations for the liability of delays or failed deliveries caused by discontinued products or the stock handling of our suppliers. We also make reservations for price difference on themoshi.se caused by wrong price codes, etc. theMoshi AB is not responisble for delays caused by the courier or if the customer isn't availible at delivery time.
Confirmation
We will send an order confirmation with information about your purchase by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation if you should need to contact theMoshi AB customer service.
Payment options
Payment terms for new customers is payment in advance. The customer will recieve an invoice and as soon as theMoshi AB receives the information that the payment is completed the goods are sent to the customer.
For already existing customers the payment terms is 20 days. On delayed payment, after due date, interest will be added with SE discount + 8%.

Security
theMoshi AB uses the latest security standard 3-D Secure. 3-D Secure is an XML-based protocol to allow authentication of cardholders of credit card companies in epayment transactions. The 3-D Secure protocol was developed by Visa to improve the security of Internet payments. It was adopted and is offered with the service name Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. The main difference between Visa and MasterCard implementations resides in the method to generate the AAV (Accountholder Authentication Value): MasterCard uses UCAF (Universal Cardholder Authentication Field) and Visa uses CAVV (Cardholder Authentication Verification Value).
Delivery charges
Freight charges apply to all countries.
Transportation
theMoshi AB accepts the economic responsibility if products are damaged or missing during transport. However, you are required to contact our Customer Service within 14 days. The economic responsibility is yours if products are damaged or missing during the return transport.
Non picked up goods
If theMoshi AB receives packages that have not been collected at the post office, we reserve the right to charge you for all our costs that appear when handling your order and shipment. An invoice will be sent to you. Settlement of the invoice shall be within 10 days.
